I am learning that a good monetary defence is important. Hence the watch band from Walmart for $9.99 instead of spending $40 plus gas to get the one designed for my watch. I was at Walmart for other purchases so gas wasn’t really a factor. My defence has a long way to go, one step at a time. I also stopped donating to Tim Hortons.
My offence is good, decent pay good benefits and an excellent pension. I also have a wife that will contribute to the offence.
I am learning these things from the book “The Millionaire Next Door”.
Today’s show was great fun, have you watched it yet? I arranged for a surprise guest, Khiry Washinton ( http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZZmve-bxaEyoUoM-78-O9w ). I didn’t inform Simon or Dean of his impending arrival. Only Stu ( http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCJ3jjxxh5o-jW_wQRWcs7w ) and Al ( http://www.youtube.com/user/AlKameido ) knew that there was going to be a surprise guest. It worked out well, and we ended up with a full house as we welcomed Khiry to the community. If you haven’t yet, be sure to check out our web page provided by Daniel O’Grady ( http://www.youtube.com/user/wasabicars , http://www.youtube.com/user/kyushudan , http://www.japanese-castle-explorer.com/ , twitter.com/jcexplorer , http://www.wasabicars.com ).
There are times that I feel that someone in a parallel universe is trying to mess with me…perhaps I am even putting myself at risk typing this. Oh well, shoganai….( google it ^_^ ).
In just over five weeks, Simon ( http://www.youtube.com/user/SARSIMMANG28172 ) will be landing in Tokyo for a two-week visit. ( you must subscribe to his channel, he makes excellent videos ) The original plan was for Dean, Simon and myself to meet in Japan at this time, for the first time in person. Life does get in the way, but we will meet in person soon enough. Simon has very good reason to go to Japan, not only to visit many of the friends we have made these past 2.5 years but to meet in person someone very special indeed. This is all I will say about that for now.
I had another double down zinger at KFC today. I believe it is just about the best food man has ever created.
Don’t you just love the sound of a Harley going by? I do, especially when my friend Grant is riding it.
Nine pm, the night is still young. There will be no Tokyo Tonight show tomorrow, but I hope that Jason ( http://www.youtube.com/myargonauts ) does his.
I guess that is all, except for getting used to a dual monitor setup.
I think I will browse Canada Computers web page for deals that I’m not going to buy.
Bye for now!
